By the order impugned, the application under Section 151 of the Civil Procedure Code was allowed thereby directing the employer of the petitioner to remit an amount of Rs. 25,000/- from the salary of the petitioner to the wife per month till the realization of the amount of Rs. 4,58,000/-.

Mr. Ahmed, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner prays for reducing the amount which the petitioner has been directed to pay on account of arrear maintenance each month.

The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this application upon the opposite party by registered speed post with acknowledgement due and file an affidavit of service on the next date.
