( Via Video Conference ) Mr. Supratick Syamal, Mr. Goutam Acharya, Mr. Gourab Ghosh ... for the petitioners It has been submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioner that through inadvertence the instant application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed though an appeal lies against the said order.

Learned advocate for the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw the instant application with liberty to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

In view thereof, CO 1674 of 2021 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

The petitioner shall also be at liberty to take back the certified copy of the order impugned upon furnishing a photostat copy of the same.
