In Re: An Application under Section 482 read with Section 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 filed for stay of warrant of arrest arising out of Complaint Case No. 168C of 2014 under Sections 406/420/120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 7th Court, Bankura.

The present revisional application has been preferred challenging the order dated 13.06.2018 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 7th Court, Bankura. The order reflects that the learned Judicial Magistrate because of absence of the accused was pleased to issue warrant of arrest. This revisional application was filed in the year 2018 and till date, the same has not been effectively presented before this Court for consideration.

Having regard to the subject matter of the case which relates to issuance of warrant of arrest, I am of the opinion that at this belated stage non-availability of further materials and taking into account the last order, there is no scope for interference by this Court.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 2030 of 2018 is dismissed.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
