This matter is appearing under the heading 'To Be Mentioned' as per order dated 20th March, 2026. 2.

By the present writ petition the petitioners have sought for issuance of Certificate of Teachers Eligibility Test (in short TET), 2014.

Mr. Ali Ahsan Alamgir, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners informs this Court that prayer for issuance of Certificate of TET, 2014 is confined only to petitioner nos.11 to 15.

Mr. Ratul Biswas, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education submits that the Board shall take necessary steps for issuance of Certificate of TET, 2014 in favour of the petitioner nos.11 to 15, if the Court issues such direction.

In view of such submission, respondent no.6 the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education, is directed to take appropriate steps for issuance of Certificate of TET, 2014 in favour of the petitioner nos.11 to 15 subject to their entitlement and proper verification, within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

Petitioners are directed to communicate this order to the respondent no.6, the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education.

With the above direction, the writ petition being WPA 13871 of 2025 stands disposed of.

Since no affidavits have been called for, the allegation made in the writ petition is deemed to be not admitted. 9.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

10. All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of.

11. There shall be no order as to costs.

12. All concerned parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

13. Urgent Photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of all necessary legal formalities.
