Mr. Manas Kumar Das, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the purpose for which this revisional application was preferred before this Court is no more in force. Accordingly, he is not intending to pursue the same.

As none appears for the State, Mr. Arijit Ganguly, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears for the State, is directed to appear in this matter and represent the State. His appointment may be regularized by the concerned authorities.

In view of the submissions so advanced by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner, the revisional application being CRR 2036 of 2018 is dismissed as not pressed.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
