An application being CRAN 1 of 2022 has been preferred at the instance of the petitioners/applicants for recalling of the order dated 17.02.2022 passed by this Court in view of the learned advocate for the petitioners not being present.

I have perused the order dated 17.02.2022 and I find that the said order was passed on merits and as such, any alternation would be barred under Section 362 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. There being the statutory bar, I am of the opinion that the application which has been preferred for recalling of the order dated 17.02.2022 is not maintainable. Consequently, the application being CRAN 1 of 2022 is dismissed.
