Smita Das The revisional application was preferred with a prayer before this court transferring Mise. Case No.372 of 2016 from the Court of Learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court Asansol to the Learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court at East Burdwan. I find that the case was filed in the year 2016, the revisional application was filed in the year 2018 and there has been no persuasion till date. The principal proceedings before the learned Trial Court is under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure filed at the instance of the wife/opposite party. Having regard to the reasons so assigned in the revisional application, I am of the opinion that this is not a fit case for transfer.

Accordingly, CRR 2042 of 2018 is dismissed.
