Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there is a counter case also. The petitioner also suffered injury.

Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the injury report of the victim and to the statements recorded under Section 161 of the Criminal Procedure Code.

Considering the injury report of the victim and his statements recorded under Section 161 of the Criminal Procedure Code and the involvement of the petitioner in the incident, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

CRM (A) 3189 of 2022 is dismissed.
