We have considered the materials on record.

Petitioner no.1 stands on the same footing with coaccused Hanif @ Dabir Sk., who is on bail. Accordingly, petitioner no.1 namely Anil Mahara be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only), with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M., Lalbag, Murshidabad subject to condition that the said petitioner no.1 shall appear before the trial court on every date of hearing until further orders and shall not intimidate witnesses or tamper with evidence in any manner whatsoever.

In the event he fails to appear before the trial court without justifiable cause, the trial court shall be at liberty to cancel his bail automatically without reference to this court.

The application for bail with regard to petitioner no.1 Anil Mahara is thus disposed of.

Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioner no.2 does not want to proceed with the instant application for bail.

Accordingly, this application with regard to petitioner no.2 Golapi Bibi stands dismissed as not pressed.
