1. Let affidavit-of-service, as filed in Court, be kept on record.

2. The petitioner is an under-graduate student in the Sarojini Naidu College for Women. She had taken her examinations in the final semester sometime in June, 2025, the results whereof were published in August, 2025. She has, however, not got her results and mark sheets in so far as these examinations are concerned. She had made several endeavours to obtain some response from the college in the interregnum period between August, 2025 till June, 2026. There was no response from the college. She has made a representation sometime in June, 2026 formally putting forth her grievance and requesting immediate corrective action from the college.

3. The college and the University are not represented.

4. There is an imminent urgency in the matter as the petitioner has successfully qualified in the CUET examinations and the verification process will commence and is likely to end on June 30, 2026 and sometime in the first week of July, 2026.

5. Since the University and the college are not represented, the petitioner is directed to make one further service on the non-appearing respondents and is granted liberty to mention the matter in view of urgency on June, 29, 2026, before the appropriate Bench having determination to take up this matter.
