This Court does not find any reason to review the order dated April 24, 2024 passed in C.O. 1392 of 2024. The order has become infructuous in view of the disposal of Misc. Case No. 27 of 2022. However, the expression 'tenants' used in paragraph 8 of the order, shall not create any advantage or disadvantage to the parties who are now contesting the execution case.

Accordingly, the review application is dismissed. With such dismissal, the connected application being CAN 1 of 2024 is disposed of.
