Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the police authorities are paving escape route for the principal accused and has been investigating the case in such a manner that finally the persons who have committed the offence may not be implicated in connection with the instant case. The petitioner also contends that intentionally the police authorities are leaving some of the accused persons including the principal accused out of the purview of the investigation.

State has submitted a report which reflects that on the prayer of the investigating officer, warrant of arrest has been issued by the jurisdictional court. Some of the accused persons have been taken into custody.

I have considered the materials appearing in the case diary. However, it would be difficult to

assess regarding the role of each of the accused persons since the investigation of the case is in progress. Presently investigation of the case is in progress. Police authorities are tying their level best to trace out the accused persons who are thickly connected with the offence. Case diary reveals that one of the suspects is being closely monitored and efforts are being taken for tracing out the said accused.

Be that as it may, the investigating authority will continue their efforts and take the investigation of the case to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 13896 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

Case diary be returned to the learned advocate appearing for the State.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
