Considering the submission of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the Teacher in-Charge, Badanganj Sri Sri Saradamani Girls High School/respondent no. 5 to consider and dispose of the representation dated 4th March 2019 being Annexure - P7 to the writ petition of the petitioner relating to her claim of child care leave, within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or her authorized representative and will communicate its decision to the petitioner within two weeks thereafter. WPA 12924 of 2019 is disposed of.
