Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an aged, issueless, handicapped lady and is residing at her parental home as a co-owner of the said property. The relations of the petitioner are torturing her to make a Gift Deed of the said parental property and is trying to dispossess her from her parental property.

The police authorities are directed to consider the complaints made by the petitioner, to keep a sharp vigil at the locale and ensure that no breach of peace takes place as well as no harm is caused to the petitioner by the accused persons.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition being WPA 15102 of 2024 is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
