Leave is granted to the Advocate-on-record of the petitioner to incorporate the current Managing Director in place and stead of the person already on record.

Mr. Sen, Counsel for the alleged contemnors submits that a similar claim for pension has been upheld by a Division Bench of this Court. He further submits that CSTC has also filed an appeal against the order dated 26th September, 2018. He also submits that CSTC is desirous of challenging the order of the Division Bench which may cover the order dated 26th September, 2018 before a higher forum and an adjournment is sought in this regard.

Admittedly, there is no stay of the order dated 26th September, 2018.

Hence, let a Rule be issued as prayed for in the contempt application.

Rule is made returnable on 3rd May, 2021.
