In view of the order passed in WPA 14582 of 2021, no further order need to be passed in this writ petition, save and except that the meeting for removal of the Pradhan shall be held in terms of the provisions of law, on September 20, 2021. The respondent No. 5 will be allowed to vote. The result of the meeting and the resolution adopted and all actions taken pursuant to the said meeting shall abide by the result of the decision of the application under Section 213A of the West Bengal Panchayat Act, 1973 with regard to the allegation of disqualification of the respondent no.11. The order shall be passed within three weeks from date as directed by this court, which is before the expiry of the period prescribed under Section 12(10) of the West

Bengal Panchayat Act, 1973. No further order needs to be passed with regard to the meeting.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. However, there will be no order as to costs.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the learned advocate's communication.
