Huge quantity of Phensydyl bottles was recovered from a Mini Truck of which one Nani Gopal Biswas was the driver and owner and the present petitioner was the helper of the driver. By an order passed earlier today in CRM (NDPS) 879 of 2024, we have rejected the bail application of Nani Gopal Biswas. For the same reasons as recorded in the aforesaid order, we reject the present application for bail as well. The application for bail is, accordingly, rejected. CRM (NDPS) 883 of 2024 is dismissed.
