Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner was falsely implicated.

Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary and to the injury report of three persons.

It appears that, three persons suffered injuries. One of the persons suffered fracture injury. The Court is informed that such person is still in the hospital. One of the injured named the petitioner as being one of the assailants.

In view of the nature of injury suffered by the victims and the involvement of the petitioner in the incident as transpiring from the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 3191 of 2022 is dismissed.
