In the cause title, the name of the petitioner shall stand corrected to read as Sri Soumen Kumar Aditya & Ors. instead of Soumen Kumar Prasad Aditya & Ors.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
