The grievance of the petitioner is directed against the non-consideration of a representation dated 20th December, 2022.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that despite having carried out construction as far as back as in 2015, the respondent authorities and more particularly, the respondent no. 4 has taken no steps whatsoever to consider the representation. On behalf of the State respondents it is submitted that they have no objection if the representation be considered expeditiously in accordance with law.

In view of the above, WPA 13998 of 2023 S.D.

stands disposed of by directing the respondent no. 4 to consider the representation dated 20th December, 2022 in accordance with law within a period of eight

weeks from the date of communication of this order after affording a right of hearing to all the affected parties.

It is made clear that there is no adjudication on the merits of the case, the respondent No. 4 is not bound by any observation or finding in this order.
