We have considered the materials on record including the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Petitioner is the principal accused and his bail prayer was rejected in May, 2022. There is no change in circumstance since then. Hence, we are not inclined in granting bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail is thus rejected.
