Ahmed Hossain The appellant is not represented, nor any accommodation is prayed for on behalf of the appellant. The second appeal was tendered in the year 2015 and thereafter no attempt was made to move the second appeal. This appeal first appeared in the list of 9th September, 2022 and thereafter continued to appear in the list. The appellant had sufficient notice of the listing of the appeal before this Bench.

The second appeal is arising out of a decree of reversal passed by the First Appellate Court on 24th April, 2015. The first appellate decree is under challenge. It appears that the appellant is not interested to proceed with the second appeal.

Accordingly, the second appeal being SA 68 of 2022 stands dismissed for default.

All interim orders, if any, stand vacated.
