Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, all the provisions under which the investigations are continuing are magistrate triable.

Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the fact that the petitioner is involved in forging of insurance policy. The complaint was lodged by the insurance company. The petitioner is not responding to the notices issued under Section 41A of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C.).

The allegations as against the petitioner involves the public. Forgery of insurance policy and selling them to the

public are required to be taken seriously. Need for custodial interrogation of a person involved in this kind of offences cannot be overlooked.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 3192 of 2022 is dismissed.
