The petitioner is in custody for more than a year. He is innocent. His further detention is not required. He prays for bail.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer. It appears that the petitioner has been identified in TI parade. Some of the looted booty was recovered pursuant to the leading statement of the petitioner and other co accused. Considering the prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the alleged offence, prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.

The application for bail is thus disposed of. Case diary be returned.
