Vaisya Mr. Mrinal Kanti Ghosh ..for the State The petitioner has not got TET certificate and he has been told by the Board that he has not got 50% in graduation and that is why he is not getting the TET qualification certificate.

I am not entering into this controversy. However, I direct the Deputy Secretary of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education to give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order and to pass a reasoned order by two weeks thereafter and to intimate the same to the petitioner.

With the above observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
