The petitioner submits that his journey for going to school from his residence is 202 kms. everyday. I direct the Chairman of the District Primary School Council, South 24 Parganas to give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and to take a decision in this regard whether the petitioner can be transferred to a nearby school or not. If the teacher student ratio is disturbed due to transfer of the petitioner, the Chairman will not take any step in favour of the petitioner. The whole thing is to be completed by six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

With this observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
