Bail prayer of the petitioner was turned down by this Court on September 05, 2024. By the said order, this Court directed the learned trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date preferably within a year from the date of framing of charge. This Court is informed that charges were framed on November 28, 2024. In view of the above, this Court is inclined to hold that the application is premature and is accordingly rejected. The bail application is disposed of.
