Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Statements of eyewitnesses who were present at the spot disclose the role of the petitioners in the murder. In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials and gravity of the offence, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage.

The application for bail is thus rejected.
