Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner is in custody for about 165 days. She submits that, there is a case and counter case between the accused and the family of the de-facto complainant. The petitioner was falsely implicated.

Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the Medical report and the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the victim girl.

Considering the medical report and the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.
