We note prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected in July 2021. There is hardly any change in circumstance since then. Having considered material on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner in the alleged rape and in the light of the fact that prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected earlier, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
