The allegations in the writ petition are civil in nature. It appears to be a landlord-tenant dispute between the cooperative society and the petitioner. Thus, this court does not wish to exercise extraordinary jurisdiction in this case.

However, as there appears to be a suggestion for amicable settlement of the issue, this order shall not prevent the parties from settling the issue amicably. Other steps as permitted by law may be taken by the parties for redressal of their grievances. The writ petition is, thus, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
