Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the five statements of eye witnesses recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. She opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the statements of the five eye witnesses recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure implicating the petitioners, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
