Learned counsel for the petitioner submits as follows. The petitioner retired from the respondent College on 31.03.2016. From 01.04.2016 he did not receive any leave salary, enrolment under WBHS, 2008 as a Government pensioner or re-appointment. He made a representation before the authorities, but no action was taken. Finally, on 22.02.2018 he made a comprehensive representation in this regard before the Principal of the respondent College. The same has not been responded to as yet.

No one appears on behalf of the respondents.

It appears that a representation dated 22.02.2018 is pending in this regard before the respondent No.4. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No.4 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.02.2018 in accordance with law and after hearing the petitioner as

expeditiously as possible, preferably within ten days from the date of communication of this order.

It is clarified that the merits of the case have not been gone into.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
