Petitioner has filed this writ petition being aggrieved by the reply of the respondents in response to the application of the petitioner under Section 6 of the Right to Information Act which is an appellable order. On the ground of availability of alternative remedy by way of appeal, I am not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner except granting leave to the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy by way of appeal.

With this observation and direction this writ petition being WPA 14014 of 2023 is disposed of. ( Md. Nizamuddin, J.)
