The petitioner has prayed for relaxation of the conditions of bail so granted by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 06.08.2019.

After hearing the submissions advanced on behalf of the petitioner as well as the State, I am of the view that the condition, so far as meeting the Officer-in-Charge of the local police station is concerned, is altered to the extent that the petitioner shall get an acknowledgement of his attendance once a month from the office of the trial court and shall intimate the investigating officer of the case every week over phone and clarify whether his attendance is required before him.

So far as the other condition regarding the attendance of the petitioner at the trial court on the specified dates is concerned, the same remains unaltered.

With the aforesaid observations, the application being CRAN 1 of 2020 is disposed of.
