Records of the writ petition reflect that the M/L. No.650 Rakib petitioner has approached this Court as the information furnished on 25th of April, 2024 was not treated as a First Information Report.

As none appears on behalf of the State Mr. Vijay Agarwal, learned advocate who ordinarily appears for the State is directed to represent the State. His appointment may be regularized by the concerned authorities. I have considered the contention advanced before the appropriate authorities and I find that there were matrimonial disputes and differences, pursuant to which such process was initiated by the petitioner. The same was initiated on or about May, 2024.

Having considered that substantial time has passed, if the same inconvenience is faced by the petitioner, petitioner would approach the jurisdictional Court or the same authorities with a fresh representation. With the aforesaid observations WPA 15030 of 2024 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
