1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners are the mother-in-law and father-in-law of the deceased. Learned counsel submits that the husband of the victim has already been admitted to bail. Learned counsel submits that there is no specific allegation against the present petitioners.

2. Learned counsel for the State has fairly submitted that there are no allegations of torture against the petitioners and there are no specific allegations against the petitioners.

3. The victim had allegedly died by hanging. There is no suicide note. The FIR was lodged on the statement of the brother of the deceased.

4. I have gone through the English translated copy of the complaint dated 15th of March, 2025. There is no specific allegation against the present petitioners.

5. Taking into account, in the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on anticipatory bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and on subject to the condition that the petitioners shall not threaten or intimidate the prosecution witnesses. The petitioners shall stay outside the jurisdiction of Gopalnagar Police Station for a period of four months from this date, except for attending court or meeting the Investigating Officer.

6. Thus, the prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed.

7. CRM (A) 2154 of 2025 is disposed of.

8. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order be given to the parties upon compliance with all necessary formalities. ( Dinesh Kumar Sharma, J. )
