Heard learned counsels for the parties.

The petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of the case being A.C. no. 3760 of 2019 under Section 12 read with Section 23 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Alipore, South 24 Parganas.

It appears that the complaint was filed on 1st July, 2019 and the application under Section 23 of the Act of 2005 is still pending. In view of the above, the learned Court is directed to dispose of the application under Section 23 of the Act of 2005 within one month from the date of communication of the order, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in accordance with law.

Learned trial Court shall make all endeavours to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law. In view of the above, the revisional application, being CRR 2247 of 2024 is disposed of.
