The Inspector-in-Charge, Bhangore Police has filed a report dated 16.01.2023, which is taken on record. There is a civil dispute with regard to the title of the landin-question between the petitioners and the private respondents.

The parties may take out appropriate civil or statutory proceeding in that regard.

Bhangore Police Station has already registered FIR No. 347 of 2021 on the petitioners' complaint against the private respondents. After completion of investigation, Charge Sheet No. 462 of 2021 dated 30.11.2021 has been filed. There are also proceedings between the parties before the WBLR & TT.

In the above circumstances, the Inspector-inCharge, Bhangore Police Station shall ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
