Sufficient grounds are available to explain the absence of the petitioner and/or his Counsel on 24.08.2022.

The said order is recalled and the writ petition is restored to its original file and number.

Accordingly, CAN 1 of 2022 is disposed of.

There will be, however, no order as to costs. In Re: W.P.A No. 14103 of 2022 The writ petitioner claims that her son and daughter-in-law being the private respondents have thrown her out of her residence. The residence is two flats combined with each other.

The private respondents are represented. They submit that the petitioner has been influenced by her maternal brother and they have not thrown her out from her residence. They will be happy if she/mother stays with them. They also submit that they will take care of their mother.

The son and the daughter-in-law shall take good care of their mother's mental and physical well being and in all respects.

The O. C., Howrah Police Station shall maintain strict vigil on the premises. In the event of any further complaint from the petitioner, the same shall be attended to appropriately by the O. C., Howrah Police Station.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
