The Court is informed that the petitioners stand arrested. The police case is of 2015 with a charge sheet being submitted on May 31, 2017.

There were two orders of rejection of the prayer for anticipatory bail. This is the third application. At this stage the police could arrest the petitioners.

In view of the arrest of the petitioners, C.R.M. (A) 3197 of 2022 is dismissed as infructuous.
