1. There is a typographical error in paragraph-4 of the order dated 1st September, 2025. The Suit number shall be T.S. No.142 of 2024 instead of TS(Comm) No.86 of 2024.

2. The learned trial court is requested to transfer T.S. No.142 of 2024 to the Commercial Division.

3. Therefore, the order dated 1st September, 2025, is modified to the aforesaid extent. The other part of the said order shall remain unaltered.
