Petitioner approached this Court being aggrieved by the representation dated 21.03.2021 not being considered by the Inspector-in-Charge, Amdanga Police Station.

Learned advocate for the private respondent no.8 is present.

Learned advocate for the State is also represented.

The main grievance of the petitioner is that there has been interference for encroachment over the petitioner's property and to that effect, petitioner was subjected to abuse and threat.

I find that the representation was made on 21.03.2021. If the same inconvenience is faced by the petitioner, petitioner will file a fresh representation

with the police authorities who would take steps in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 14069 of 2023 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
