Report received from the Registrar, Administration (L& OM) dated 19.01.2022, wherefrom it appears that notice was issued to the petitioner at her given address but the same was returned with an endorsement that "Addressee Left" without instruction. Item was however delivered to Shila Gurung, opposite party no. 1. The report is taken on record.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that due to change of circumstances, the petitioner who had challenged the order dated 12.10.2021 passed by the Learned Magistrate, 4th Court, Bankura in Misc. Case No. 35 of 2009, does not want to proceed further with this revisional application and the same may be dismissed for non-prosecution.

Considering such submission, the criminal revision is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution.
