The matter is listed today for hearing. On call none appears for the petitioner as well as for the opposite party/State. This application for revision under Section 482 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed praying for quashing of charge sheet bearing No.322 of 2011 dated 30.09.2011 under Section 409/381/420 of the Indian Penal Code in connection with Ghola Police Station case No.270 dated 19.7.2011 and setting aside of order dated 27.10.2011 of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas.

On a perusal of the record, it appears that no interim order was passed in connection with the proceeding of the case pending before the jurisdictional court. On the previous occasion i.e. on 5.1.2022 learned advocate appearing for the petitioner through virtual mode had sought for accommodation to collect relevant papers. However, no step has been taken on behalf of the petitioner today. Considered. The petitioner appears to be disinclined to take steps and proceed with this matter, as such the revisional application along
