Mr. Binay Panda Mr. Pravas Bhattacharya .....For the State This revisional application preferred under Section 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is fixed up today for hearing. The petitioner has assailed the judgment and order dated 27.03.2012 passed by Learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, 3rd Fast Track Court, Kolkata in Criminal Appeal No.3 of 2012 in an appeal under Section 29 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. Today is the third consecutive date when the matter has come up for hearing and necessary order.

None has appeared for the petitioner and opposite party no.1.

Learned advocates for the State are present.

Administrative Notice were issued to the petitioner and opposite party no.1. The report reveals that notice was served upon opposite party no.1/Mustaq Ahmed but the same could not be served upon the petitioner as her door was found lock. Report is taken on record.
