1. We have heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2. Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. read with the medical examination report, we are not inclined to allow this application for anticipatory bail.

3. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
