1. In view of the fact that the petitioners have cooperated with the investigation and has provided necessary documents and have undertaken to produce further documents and having regard to the nature of the dispute between the parties, we are of the view that custodial interrogation of the petitioners may not be necessary.

2. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.20,000/- with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Signed By :

Procedure, 1973. The petitioners shall meet the I.O. once in a fortnight till the submission of the final report.

3. It is further directed that the petitioners shall appear on every date before the jurisdictional Court on and from the date fixed for appearance of the accused and in default the jurisdictional Court will pass appropriate order to secure presence of the petitioner in Court including cancelling the anticipatory bail granted without further reference to this Court.

4. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is disposed of.

5. The progress report of the investigation is taken on record.
