The revisional application filed by the petitioner challenging the impugned proceeding in GR Case No.2554 of 2011 under Sections 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code has been rendered futile as the criminal case has been disposed of in the meantime by the concerned Magistrate. The revisional application therefore, stands dismissed.
