It is reported that GR Case No.2554 of 2011 arising out of Chanchol Police Station case no.232 of 2011 dated 30.07.2011 has been disposed of on 6.3.2019 and the accused person was found not guilty of the charge and acquitted. Let the report be taken on record.

The revisional application filed by the petitioner challenging the impugned proceeding in GR Case No.2554 of 2011 under Sections 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code has been rendered futile as the criminal case has been disposed of in the meantime by the concerned Magistrate. The revisional application therefore, stands dismissed.
