The alleged contemnor, the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Purulia has filed a detailed report and the same is taken on record.

PPO issued on 27th September, 2021 has been produced. The said PPO was issued even before the order of this Court dated 15th June, 2022.

It appears that the petitioner's entry in service was calculated from 1st July, 1987. It is also submitted that the last basic drawn by the petitioner has been taken into consideration while issuing the PPO.

The earlier order of a coordinate Bench to consider the appointment of the petitioner dated 23rd August, 1995 passed in CO 5317 (W) of 1992 has also been taken into consideration and the service of the petitioner has been regularized with effect from 15th November, 1995.

In that view of the matter, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the contempt application. 6.

Hence, the contempt application shall stand disposed of.

Personal presence of the alleged contemnor is dispensed with.

8.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

9.

There will be no order as to costs.

10.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.
